Clean2Order is deemed an "essential business" by the Department of Homeland Security, which means Clean2Order will be fully functional and open for business at all times.
This business is my only job and survival, so in order to remain consistent with the cleanings and income, please re-schedule your cleaning vs. cancelling. If you are unable to re-schedule a cleaning for ANY reason, you will be charged the FULL amount.
Clean2Order is considered a "service industry" and I fully appreciate any tips! Some choose to tip with every cleaning and some choose to tip at the end of each year ~ or both. I very much appreciate tips! THANK YOU!!!
Clean2Order uses only the best natural green cleaning certified products, which are safe for the environment, humans and pets. These products also disinfect and kill harmful germs, bacteria and viruses.
Clean2Order is an independently owned business. I take pride in my business and have NEVER missed one cleaning! I also clean before, during and/or on most Holidays or during Holiday weeks. I do not take a Holiday, I don't need one! Rain, Snow or Shine ~ I will be there to clean! You can count on me 100%!!!
I'm pretty much fully booked at the moment. If you are in the process of moving and want your "cleaning spot" saved, please make prior arrangements to "hold" your cleaning spot. A small fee may be used to "hold" your cleaning spot.
Clean2Order guarantees our work 100% or I will re-do within 24 hours what you are not satisfied with, free of charge! If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning job, please contact me within 12 hours of the cleaning service completion and I will fix the problem. Clean2Order is not responsible for any "pre-existing" stains (like mold, mildew, hard water stains, scuff marks, etc) or stains that occur from not having a soft water system. Removal of some of these types of stains requires the use of harsh chemicals, which I do NOT use. WHY? Because commercial grade chemicals are known to cause cancer, kidney and liver damage. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
Estimates are not exact pricing quotes. I will give my best estimates via email, phone or in person. It is preferred that I am given a tour of the property in person so I can give the most accurate estimate as possible. The price may change if a regular appointment is missed or additional services are added. I do not "charge by the hour". My pricing is based on many variables such as # of bedrooms, bathrooms, levels, people, pets, what types of surfaces are in the home, how many items there are to dust, etc... in addition to other various details requested in the cleaning needed.
Payment is due the same day upon completion of the cleaning. If payment is not received on the day of the cleaning, a $10 late fee will be charged each day payment is not received. Please make prior arrangements to leave a check, cash, Zelle or Venmo.
Clean2Order does NOT use ladders or step stools of any sort for any type of cleaning services due to liability issues. Please contact a handyman or maintenance technician for services requiring the use of ladders.

As much as I would like to be a perfect human, sometimes I may accidentally get side-tracked or distracted (esp when owners are at home during the cleaning) and forget to clean or double check something. I don't ever "intentionally" not clean something. And maybe something I'm not cleaning isn't part of your cleaning package. Once I realize I forgot something, it haunts me for days and sometimes I lose sleep over it! So, as much as I care and want to be perfect, I'll be the first to admit I'm not always a perfect human.
