*ANY item that requires hand washing vs. just a normal dusting (such as washing vents, doors, trim, walls, light fixtures, etc... due to built up grease and dust)

*ANY items that have not been moved out, need to be moved out to the garage prior to the cleaning. Please be respectful of cleaning time.

ITEMS THAT WILL NOT BE DONE:

*cleaning items left behind by home owner that are free-standing (like furniture, mirrors, garbage cans, etc)

PLEASE NOTE:

*Cleaning service companies, including Clean2Order do NOT use ladders.  I only clean/dust items and shelves within NORMAL, ground-level reach. There is a liability issue involved in using ladders. If there is dusting or cleaning required on higher platform walls, light fixtures, ceiling fans, chandeliers, windows/screens, etc... these items fall under handyman, maintenance and/or window cleaning types services.  Clean2Order also does NOT fix, repair or replace items (such as burnt out light bulbs, leaky faucet, clogged drains, rusty items/surfaces, etc... these items fall under handyman, maintenance type services).

ADDITIONAL NOTE:  Please do NOT ever use "Easy Off" or any other chemical type cleaners inside of a "self cleaning" oven.  This RUINS a self cleaning oven and once the oven is turned on, or the self cleaning feature is used, the oven will emit the most toxic eye watering fumes you've ever inhaled and you will have to leave your house for several hours to air it out!  And due to previous home owners who cleaned our self cleaning oven with toxic chemicals, we have not been able to use our oven at all!
