• HOME CLEANING SERVICES ~ PACKAGES INCLUDE:

CLEAN/DUST THROUGHOUT 

(1st time in cleaning, these items will be deep cleaned/detailed):

*CEILINGS/CORNERS (for dust/cobwebs)

*DOORS/DOOR TRIM/DOOR HANDLES/DOOR HINGES (normal dusting)

*LIGHT FIXTURES (those within normal ground-level reach)

*CEILING FANS (those within normal ground-level reach)

*CHANDELIERS (those within normal ground-level reach)

*LIGHT SWITCHES

*ELECTRICAL OUTLETS

*WINDOW GLASS and LEDGE (interior only, within ground level reach).  Additional fee for detailing inside the tracks.

*WINDOW BLINDS (basic dusting, detailing extra ~ see below)

*VACUUM CARPET (furniture and objects will not be moved, except dining room chairs/stools)

*VACUUM/SHAKE OUT RUGS

*SCRUB FLOORS (furniture and objects will NOT be moved, except dining room chairs/stools)

*FURNITURE (outsides only)

*WALL DECOR (external shelves, knick knacks, those within normal ground-level reach)

*REFRIGERATOR, STOVE, MICROWAVE, DISHWASHER, COUNTER TOPS, SINK, FLOOR (exterior/outsides only).  Additional fee applies for any interior work, see below.

*BATHROOM TUBS, SHOWERS, SINKS, TOILETS, LIGHT FIXTURES, FLOOR

*BALCONY GLASS DOORS (interior only).  Additional fee to clean the tracks and exterior.

*TAKE OUT TRASH/RECYCLABLES (owner provides trash bags). Recycling companies do NOT want recyclables placed inside plastic bags, tied shut ~ they do NOT open them, they get thrown away!  Rinse all recyclables and place in "open" paper bags.  Place these open paper bags inside your recycling container.  This helps keep the inside of your recycling container clean and keeps the recyclables loose enough for sorting in the factory.

FOR ADDITIONAL FEES, THE FOLLOWING MAY BE ADDED:

*CLEANING/DETAILING/WASHING BLINDS (plastic, wood, vinyl, etc...). Fabric blinds will be washed/dry cleaned by home owner.

*ANY ITEMS AFTER THE 1ST INITIAL "DEEP CLEAN" THAT REQUIRE ANYTHING BUT REGULAR DUSTING, WILL NEED TO HAVE AN ADDITIONAL FEE CHARGE FOR A DEEP CLEAN AGAIN (such as washing exterior kitchen & bathroom cabinets, washing plastic/wood blinds, washing woodwork, window sills, etc...)

*PLEASE inquire about anything in advance that would need extra attention or another deep clean.  Unexpected, unpaid projects adds on to MY TIME significantly and I may not be able to do it if not discussed in advance first, please be respectful.

ITEMS THAT WILL NOT BE CLEANED/DONE:

*ANY ITEMS NOT WITHIN NORMAL REACH (items requiring a step stool/ladder won't be cleaned)

*STAINS (such as pre-existing tile grout mold, mildew, hard water stains, scuff marks, etc...)

*CARPET or RUG STAINS

*WASHING RUGS

*WASHING/CLEANING "CLOTH/FABRIC" BLINDS

*WINDOW SCREENS

*EXTERIOR WINDOWS (or INTERIOR WINDOWS not within ground level reach)

*PET ACCIDENTS (poo or vomit) ~ owner needs to visually see these accidents in order to determine if vet visits or change of food is needed, etc... 

*RUSTY ITEMS/SURFACES

*DIAPER GENIES

*FOOD PREPARATION/COOKING

*PLEASE NOTE:  If you do NOT have a "soft water" system, hard water stains will build up on shower doors and surfaces.  Hard water also dries out your hair and skin.  It also does not clean clothes or remove stains via the washing machine.  Therefore, it is NOT my responsibility to remove hard water stain buildup.  And, most products do not work to remove these stains, depending on the severity.  Even in new remodels, hard water stains will cause permanent chalky buildup on faucets, countertops and shower doors.  I encourage home owners to PLEASE have a soft water softener system installed to reduce/eliminate permanent hard water stain buildup on surfaces.

*SIDE NOTE:  Because SAFETY comes first and I am a HUGE animal lover, I use natural cleaners and I keep anything "toxic" hidden (like a toilet brush, this is kept covered with a thick cloth at all times ~ pets would love a good scratch down, but they don't need germs!)

*ADDITIONAL SIDE NOTE:  The insides of toilets are my #1 pet peeve and I do everything in my power to keep them clean and stain-free.  Sometimes NOTHING will remove the stains/rings but sometimes my magic bag of tricks makes them disappear.  I can make most stains disappear temporarily, but then they just keep coming back.  This is due to either hard water in the home, not flushing the toilet after every single use or by not having a high quality stain resistant toilet.  But let me reiterate ~ by not having a soft water system in your home, even the highest quality stain resistant materials will become permanently ruined.  And remember to be sure your soft water tank always has water softener pellets in it (check on it every 1-2 months or more or less often, depending on how much water your home uses).

PACKAGES WILL VARY BASED ON BASIC, BASIC DETAILED or PREMIUM DETAILED:

*BASIC ~ basic cleaning includes dusting/maintenance throughout, no detailing 

*BASIC DETAILED ~ basic plus detailed includes a rotating detailing throughout (such as rotating ONE or a FEW (depending on time) of the following per visit:  the detailing of wiping down fingerprints from woodwork/furniture, detailing doorknobs, detailing doors/trim, detailing baseboards, detailing electrical outlets/light switches/vents, detailing blinds, cobwebs throughout, detailing the insides of garbage cans, detailing edges/corners of furniture and floors, detailing fingerprints on TV's and furniture, detailing pet fur from the bottom of chair legs, detailing pet smudges and fingerprints from windows, detailing balcony doors/railings, etc... (for those between the $170-250 price range)

*PREMIUM DETAILED ~ BASIC plus BASIC DETAILING of everything throughout (if you are in the $250+ price range, then you are in this category)
